Get Strike Ready! 

Strike Ready Students is for BIPOC students (18-30 y/o) who want to build their organizing skills, join a mentorship pod, and take action on their campus or in their community. You'll also have access to Grassroots Democracy trainings and optional in-person gatherings throughout the year. No experience needed!

What to Expect

• Train for action - attend a 90 min training. Learn how strikes work, recruit others, and build strike power
• Join a Pod - Join a monthly student pod group with a trusted mentor. Pods meet 1.5 hrs each month from Sept-Nov 2026 and Feb-May 2027. Build real community, develop organizing skills and strengthen your local work.
• Organize together - Connect with student organizers across the country.
• Take Action - Plug into campaigns to protect our vote, or organize in your own campus or community!
